Education Evaluations to identify learning strengths, areas of inefficiency, specific learning disabilities, ADHD, etc. Evaluations include assessment of cognitive, linguistic and academic functioning, as well as other areas of concern that might be expressed by parents, students, and teachers. We evaluate individuals age four to adulthood and offer specific knowledge of college students and the types of measures and data needed to obtain higher education accommodations. Learning Curve has a long-standing history of working with local colleges and universities and the individuals at those institutions that facilitate equal access to students with learning differences.

ADHD/ Executive Functioning Coaching and Tutoring for students of all ages, including high school and college students. We also offer small group instruction.

Specialized knowledge in language based reading and writing learning disabilities, Dysgraphia and Dyslexia, Non-verbal learning disabilities, and Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD).

Identification/evaluation and program planning for gifted and talented students (preschool - high school). Ongoing assistance is available to help schools meet the requirements of Title 16, Section 2902.

Curriculum planning for special needs and regular education students, with the emphasis on integrating oral language, reading and writing in the regular classroom and in pull-out programs. Curriculum planning, testing and advising for home schooled students.

Professional Development We are available to teach parents and/or teachers on a variety of topics. We offer specific workshops on Reading, Writing, Math, Gifted and Talented, and Behavioral issues. We are also able to work with groups to create individually tailored experiences designed to meet very specific needs.
